So iv been swimming a fair bit this week :-)

this was definatly not me at the start of the week, and ovbiously i didnt do it to get the attention of the cute lifeguards (honest ;-) )

Other exiting news this week, we have a paddling pool ! (thanks Pete) so will be playing in that at the weekend if its sunny :-)

So I went to see MUSE at the weekend! my goodness ! how amazing! compleatrly amazing - im not sure if they were better than Greenday ! and Greenday were ace. They were just brilliant (MUSE that is) Well worth seeing, We also saw The Streets, and Dirty Pretty things both of which were disappointing, the Spanish guitarists were really good :-)

so on with my blog for this evening, apparently my parents did a - really good job of bringing me up and must be really proud of me! - so said me tutor at collage! lol didnt really know waht to say to that.

Went swimming earler,

two chavs in the pool, one says to the other,

Chav 1: "god they are such a bore those............ people with whistles - just because they havent had any for errr 10 years"

chav2: "you mean the lifeguards?"

Chav 1: (while he has his hands down his pants) says: "errr yer"

Ahhh the joy of swimming :-) lol

Chocolate fountain.....

So I went to visit a couple of friends yesterday :-), it was ace, went to a Costa and got covered in chocolate ;-) not as fun as it sounds unfortunately ;). we went for a walk down by the canal and Jacqui took us shopping, cant say i was convinced by the outfit she picked for me (a pink bikini). Its another nice day here SO I'm going to find something to do outside :-) *shock horror, me outside!* also I might even do the washing up ! (or probably not) I need Katy's dishwasher. (finds a hammer, a screwdriver and a car big enough to hide a dish washer in)

Ohhh and exiting news of the day Google has bought feedburner this means you should expect an easy way to include adverts from google in your feed. :-)

The weather and me...

We never really got on, the weather and me, If I go to lie in the sun it would rain, if I went to work the sun would came out, If i organized a party (say for new years eve 2006) there would be a power cut. Now it has got me again, I was going to move my wireless box this weekend, so I ordered the bit of wire I needed from the internet AND bad weather has caused a power cut in the warehouse so my parcel wont arrive till Monday now :-(

On another note, I'm going to see two friends from uni at the weekend, I cant wait :-), not sure what we are going to do but I suspect sitting in a Costa-lota.

Going back to the weather maybe this would be a better use for wind power:

Going Lazerquesting tonight with work, haven't been for ages (since i left uni actually) cant wait but i have a feeling i will come last, ah well its all fun :-)

So I went away for the weekend to my friends house, it was Ace we had the nicest take out pizza I have ever had, we watched tv, walked the dog, and i met her new cat.

Spent Sat night there and slept over, however I was slightly confused in the morning to find that I had scratches all over me, could have been the cat I guess?

Yesterday I managed to finally finish putting the electric extension up to the very top of my house for my WiFi router, today I shall order the phone cable needed, for something tat is wireless it sure needs allot of wires :-(

Peanuts

I went to see the pirates of the carabean 3 film lastnight, it was about 30 hours long and for some rather strange reason peanuts kept creeping into the story line, my take on it is that someone in the peanut industry paid alot of money for it. if anyone could explain this to me I would be forever grateful.

My view on the film, it was brilliant if not rather odd in places.

On another note, IT's a longgg weekend whoooo! So what has everyone got planned?

Rant of the day:

I'm moving my 'wireless' box from the study to the very top of my house so that I can use my laptop outside, my rant is why does a 'wireless' box need three cables going to it.

the one which is causing the most problems is the high quality phone cable I need, in PC world (and all other shops that sell it round here) it costs between £15 and £20 for 12m of cable. I can buy it on the internet for £6 including postage but I WANT IT NOW and i know if i buy it from the internet i will add a load of useless junk to the order!

The four bus riders of the apocalypse

The story of one student, one bus and 4 riders.

Can the young student make it to the end of the ride without being captured. We meet out young student Jo as he stands waiting at the bus stop, with him stands a strange man, the bus arrives late and nearly drives past, Jo Leaps into action and sticks his arm out.

As the bus hurtles through the lanes Jo's mind wonders off and starts thinking about what to have for lunch. The bus suddenly jurks to a stop jolting Jo awake, he sits up and there in front of him are THE FOUR RIDERS OF THE APOCALYPSE! Four women all with the curly gray hair, warn beige coats, and the tel tale sign of pure evil in the form of matching handbags.

Will Jo be able to save the bus and his fellow travelers from certain disaster? Find out in the next episode of The Four Riders. (which will probably never happen)

Today I was trying to cross a junction and not one of the cars which nearly killed me were using their indicators. Maybe i have been using mine for no reason at all! (or maybe not)

I am so tempted to write THIS IS A TEST! But i really wont so thats ok then.

So Any rant will do huh, well the rant was about our Bus Service, why is it that in Manchester you can pay £3.10 and have a whole day bus travel on any bus, but where I live it costs me £2.80 for a return ticket totaling about 20 min in time!

I would like to point you to a fantastic radio station my friend pointed me at: http://www.soundicradio.com/ ! its ace, Swedish but ACE !

So this is my new blog, I needed a new look and a new platform on which to rant, I will be doing up the layout at some point, and linking to my favorite blogs so don't feel left out if I haven't linked to you yet :-).
